GlideSport UK is a gliding club with a difference.....our aim is to promote gliding and flying for all.  We do this by providing a cost effective and one-to-one facility, for both gliding training and flying training, in self launching motor gliders for the Glider Pilot Licence and the National Private Pilot Licence (NPPL).  We provide a launch facility for private glider owners, and cater for one off lessons, in the form of Gift Voucher flights - see our Trial Lesson page for more information.

 

We operate under the auspices of the British Gliding Association (BGA), who are responsible for gliding across the country, and all our instructors are BGA qualified.

Our area in South Warwickshire, just south of Stratford and on the edge of the Cotswolds, proves to be a beautiful sight from the air, with very little airspace restrictions to get in the way, and plenty to see whatever your choice of flight. Get a bird's eye view of Shakespeare's home town, or head further afield to check out the Steam Railway at Toddington. We are ideally located for cross-country training for both gliding and NPPL training - we can head out in almost all directions.
